• Holding gatherings or hosting parties without notice is not permitted. The hotel reserves the right to ask any additional occupants in the room to leave the premise at any time.
• Rooms booked in advance are not transmissible. We don’t encourage name change.

• In case you are an unmarried couple and decide to book a hotel room, you must carry your identification proofs with you. You are expected to produce only a valid government id proof at the time of check-in. The hotel authorities will keep a scanned copy of the ID and shall return you the original documents. However, if you and your partner are under 18 years, you cannot book a room. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a Couple has been invloved in inappropriate activity.
• In case of conflict in the actual bill provided to you after the receipt of services, the terms of the bill will prevail.
•  Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the guest. The guest should always adhere to the safety, security, and hygiene advice duly provided by the hotel and should avoid breaching the same. The guest will be solely responsible for any such violation is identified. Especially during the pandemic, the guests are requested to follow protocols laid down by the government.

• In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable you must notify the hotel before storing them. The hotel may refuse to store this kind of valuables.
• We are not responsible for the valuables stored in your room. The management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also.
• Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept secure. The hotel accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check out are only held until the closing of business that day.

Child Policy

Up to two children under 10 years of age can be accommodated in the parents’ room. Kindly state your request for the extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.
